Colorado Nonprofit Association - Last Chance: Join Our Second AI Confluence Cohort!
Sign Up for Our AI Confluence Program by Tomorrow!
Registration Closes Tuesday, September 1st
AI is already changing how nonprofit teams work. The question is no longer whether AI will show up in your organization, but how your team will navigate it thoughtfully, responsibly, and strategically. If your organization has been wondering where AI fits, what risks to consider, or how to move forward with confidence, now is the time to join AI Confluence.
AI Confluence: Build Your Organization’s AI Capacity
AI Confluence is a 12-week virtual cohort designed to help nonprofit teams build the literacy, judgment, and organizational capacity to approach AI strategically and responsibly.
Rather than focusing on the latest tools or automation, the program helps teams understand how AI behaves in real nonprofit work, where it can add value, where it introduces risk, and what responsible adoption can look like.
Each organization brings up to five staff members from different roles and perspectives, creating shared knowledge and a stronger foundation for organizational decision-making.
12 Weeks. Three Phases. One Stronger Team.
01 | DEMYSTIFY
Build AI literacy, assess organizational readiness, and identify opportunities for exploration.
02 | EXPLORE
Experiment with AI through realistic nonprofit tasks and hands-on practice.
03 | GOVERN
Explore ethics, risk, governance, sustainability, and what responsible next steps look like.
What Your Team Will Take Away
By the end of the program, your team will have:
An AI Snapshot Report: A shared view of your organization’s current readiness, perceptions, and key questions.
An Opportunity Map: A clearer picture of where AI may responsibly support your work.
Applied Experience: Hands-on practice using AI for real nonprofit tasks.
A Governance Foundation: Shared language, identified decision points, and practical next steps for responsible AI use.
Cohort 1 Showed What's Possible

Data from Cohort 1: 50+ participants representing 12 nonprofit organizations.

7 live virtual sessions
September 9 through December 2
Every other Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
